Supports sales teams and broker partners through prospecting, quoting, proposals, enrollments, renewals, RFPs, licensing, and producer appointments. Maintains pipeline and process tracking, coordinates with internal teams and third-party administrators, responds to product inquiries, supports broker training, and manages Salesforce records. The remote role may require occasional travel of less than 10% for open enrollment meetings.

Processes and monitors insurance agent appointments, terminations, licensing updates, demographic changes, and agent hierarchies. Maintains accurate records across internal systems and government portals, verifies licensing data, protects sensitive information, responds to inquiries, and communicates with regulatory agencies and vendors. The role requires detail-oriented administrative and data-entry skills, confidentiality, strong communication, and the ability to learn compliance-driven workflows and multiple systems.

Provides bilingual Spanish-English customer support through phone, email, and written correspondence. Resolves inquiries accurately, handles escalations, meets quality and service-level metrics, and contributes to department initiatives. The role requires strong communication, listening, problem-solving, computer, and customer service skills, along with schedule flexibility, shift work, and occasional overtime. This is a remote, Monday-through-Friday position.
