Leads the technical partnership strategy and integration governance for Genius POS Solutions. Builds partner onboarding, certification, architecture review, lifecycle management, escalation, support readiness, and operational processes. Coordinates integrations across external partners and internal Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Operations, and Support teams. Establishes technical standards, readiness criteria, performance metrics, and scalable governance while building and leading a technical partnerships organization.

Leads partner integration migration programs, onboarding, certification, launch readiness, governance, and lifecycle operations. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Support, Legal, and Partnerships teams; manages risks, dependencies, reporting, KPIs, and executive reviews. Improves partner processes through automation, documentation, workflow optimization, and integration standards while serving as the central liaison between partners and internal stakeholders.

Drive new business growth for chargeback prevention and dispute management solutions across the payments ecosystem. Build and convert qualified pipelines, influence purchasing decisions, represent the company at industry events, support client onboarding, and manage forecasting and market intelligence. The role requires payments-industry expertise, strong sales performance, consultative selling, data analysis, communication, CRM usage, contract and pricing experience, and pipeline management.
