Leads the development and expansion of higher education P3 opportunities, including opportunity formation, feasibility assessment, project design, team formation, procurement strategy, financial modeling, and transaction structuring. Builds relationships with higher education administrators, project champions, business development teams, and strategic partners. Develops market-entry strategies, value propositions, win themes, and thought leadership while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Leads financial administration and fiscal management for major construction projects. Responsibilities include project accounting, forecasting, financial closeout, risk and opportunity analysis, change management review, work-in-process reporting, and financial risk mitigation. The role supervises and trains direct reports, supports project teams, communicates concerns to leadership, and may travel up to 50% depending on project location.

Lead and grow Gilbane’s disaster response business, owning P&L, market strategy, sales, client relationships, operational execution, safety, and team development. Build high-performing teams, secure new clients, drive gross profit, monitor project financial performance, manage risks, and align business goals with enterprise leadership. Serve as a market-facing leader while leveraging shared services, competitive intelligence, and construction resources to deliver effective large-loss reconstruction and disaster response solutions.
