Lead development of GM's motorsports CAE simulation toolchain, establish vehicle and subsystem modeling best practices, build and manage a multidisciplinary team, create RT-capable multibody models and new simulation techniques to maximize on-track performance, and supervise simulation engineers. Requires ~10% travel and hybrid on-site work.

Develop and validate motorsports performance metrics and analysis methods using math, physics, vehicle dynamics, and data science. Prototype and test solutions against track data, collaborate with GM Software and Performance Engineers, and implement tools into the production analysis toolchain to improve on-track performance.

Lead development and delivery of vehicle dynamics simulation software, architecture, and tools for GM Motorsports. Manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, define coding and release standards, integrate simulation workflows (DiL/HiL/XiL), oversee validation and deployments, and partner with vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, and race engineering to improve on-track performance and engineering productivity.
