Develop and maintain demand forecasts for defense service parts and assemblies. Translate customer, contract, and program requirements into actionable demand signals. Coordinate planning inputs across engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, suppliers, and program teams. Monitor inventory, supply, capacity, and fulfillment readiness; identify risks and drive issues to resolution. Maintain visibility into demand, supply pipelines, priorities, and milestones while communicating status to stakeholders.

Leads product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery for GM Motorsports data and analytics products. Serves as Product Owner and scrum lead for data science and engineering teams, translates stakeholder needs into features, manages dependencies and trade-offs, tracks product KPIs, communicates with senior leadership, and mentors product and agile team members.

Design, build, and operate scalable real-time and batch data pipelines ingesting high-frequency telemetry, simulation, and trackside data. Own Kafka/Flink streaming components, Databricks lakehouse implementations, and infrastructure-as-code deployments. Develop software in Python/Java/SQL, integrate systems, automate testing and releases, performance-tune pipelines, and mentor peers to ensure resilient, secure, high-performance data delivery for motorsports teams.
