The role requires consultative SaaS sales experience, quota achievement, startup selling ability, and comfort engaging founders, operators, and legal or finance stakeholders.

Support attorneys and startup clients with venture financings, entity formations, equity plans, cap table administration, corporate housekeeping, and startup-side M&A. Manage diligence, closing logistics, resolutions, records, and client communications while using AI-native workflows to improve drafting and deal processes.
