Architects, develops, integrates, and customizes ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules. Leads platform architecture, coding standards, upgrades, testing, deployments, administration, troubleshooting, and performance improvements. Translates mission requirements into technical solutions, advises on roadmaps, develops reports and dashboards, leads customer interactions, mentors engineers, and drives innovation and methodology improvements.

Leads the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments. Develops cloud systems, CI/CD pipelines, automated provisioning, cross-account applications, and SASE solutions. Collaborates with federal stakeholders to define technical requirements and cloud adoption strategies, while guiding DevOps and SecOps engineers. Communicates cloud architectures to technical and non-technical audiences and helps bridge on-premises systems with cloud environments.

Designs scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics-ready data models, and executive dashboards using Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud tools. Performs data mining, modeling, validation, documentation, and reporting while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Provides mentorship and technical guidance on analytics engineering, workflow automation, and data best practices. The role is fully remote, requires U.S. citizenship, and requires or permits obtaining Public Trust and Top Secret eligibility.
