Lead database migrations, performance tuning, automation, backup/recovery, and integrate Oracle platforms (RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, OCI) with DevSecOps and application/cloud teams to ensure secure, high-performance data operations.

Serve as senior agile business analyst on a cloud-based case management modernization program. Lead backlog decomposition, define DoR/DoD, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, map and document business processes with Visio, support testing and deployments, collaborate with architects, product owners, and teams to manage scope, risks, and deliverables, and drive continuous improvement across multiple development teams.
