Provide remote and periodic onsite technical troubleshooting and leadership for offshore wind turbine service activities. Create and manage technical cases, support work order readiness, coordinate with offshore vessels and engineering teams, develop troubleshooting guides, drive digitalization and data-analytic improvements, and enhance safety, quality, and warning strategies.

Provide remote and occasional onsite technical leadership for offshore wind turbine service operations, troubleshooting controllers, HMI and SCADA issues, managing work orders and non-conformities, coordinating offshore execution with vessels, driving continuous improvement, digitalization and data analytics, and supporting readiness of tooling/spares for efficient interventions.
