Builds and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT infrastructure, analytics platforms, and data delivery frameworks. Responsibilities include data modeling, SQL optimization, quality assurance, governance, troubleshooting, cloud-based big data processing, and stakeholder support. The role also improves data infrastructure scalability, documents processes, educates users on data literacy, and provides guidance to junior staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least four years of relevant data engineering or analytics experience.

Provides senior technical leadership for enterprise systems and telecom architecture. Establishes standards, approves designs, evaluates vendor solutions, develops technology roadmaps and capital plans, oversees testing and operational readiness, and guides complex projects across their lifecycle. Serves as a subject matter expert and liaison among engineering, product, program, capacity, leadership, and vendor teams while ensuring highly available, scalable, secure, and reliable network infrastructure.

Defines and evolves enterprise systems architecture across IT systems, applications, integrations, data, cloud, infrastructure, security, and operations. Translates business capabilities and requirements into architecture models, roadmaps, design guidance, nonfunctional requirements, and delivery enablers. Supports SAFe and Agile planning, architecture governance, integration design, technical risk management, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with business, product, engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, supportable solutions.
