Build, maintain, and improve production AI services for document understanding including LLM pipelines, background jobs, databases, and internal tools. Implement features, debug production issues, write tests, and contribute to evaluation frameworks to improve model quality and system reliability. Collaborate with a small engineering team and take increasing ownership over platform components.

Build and maintain backend services and APIs, write unit tests, debug and optimize systems, support migration from Supabase to cloud, improve reliability, and integrate AI/RPA workflows while learning under senior mentorship.

Lead full-stack engineering for a browser extension and backend services, drive AI integrations with strong data privacy, mentor and recruit engineers, manage complex integrations, ensure code quality and SOC2 compliance readiness, and make architectural decisions to scale the platform.
