Serve as a senior executive advisor to ~20 CHRO clients, providing strategic HR counsel across workforce planning, change management, employee experience, DE&I, retention, and HR transformation. Drive member lifecycle activities, support sales growth, host workshops, and deliver customized solutions and peer collaboration.

Manage a portfolio of member CIOs in State and Local Government, providing strategic advice and innovative solutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction and success.
