Teams at Gamma Phi Beta

Supervises financial activities for assigned collegiate chapters, supporting budgeting, approvals, financial analysis, IRS Form 990 filing, and financial goal setting. Trains and mentors chapter financial advisors, identifies chapters needing additional support, collaborates with regional and finance teams, and leads chapter finance visits. This volunteer role requires four to six hours weekly, with peak activity in April and May, and travel of up to five days annually.

Facilitate Gamma Phi Beta leadership programs for collegiate officers and advisors. Responsibilities include reviewing curriculum, completing facilitator training and learning modules, leading three-hour sessions, coaching and mentoring participants, providing feedback on educational content, and supporting post-retreat connections.

Coaches collegiate chapter leaders on belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion practices across an assigned region. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating BEDI action plans, auditing chapter practices, recommending educational resources, training leaders on bias incident reporting, supporting response teams, and ensuring committee participation and accountability. The volunteer specialist serves as the primary BEDI resource for chapter volunteers, advisors, and members, participates in team calls and training, and travels approximately 2–7 days annually.
