Leads sales and customer experience enablement, onboarding, training, communications, collateral, RFP coordination, customer references, reporting, account assignments, and executive presentations. Oversees Salesforce-related processes and performance analysis using data from Salesforce, Gainsight, surveys, Finance, and operational systems. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Service Delivery, Human Resources, and Sales Operations, while managing and developing a Sales Trainer.

Drive new and existing client relationships, build qualified sales pipelines, prepare presentations and proposals, meet monthly sales quotas, use CRM to track activity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored connectivity solutions.

Sell Fusion Connect enterprise services to existing customers by prospecting, cross-selling, and managing key accounts. Use consultative selling to tailor cloud, security, and network solutions, respond to RFPs, build business cases, forecast sales, and collaborate with internal teams through implementation.
