Owns projects that build and standardize revenue accounting processes, controls, documentation, and system requirements. The role investigates data and process issues, translates accounting needs for Data, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams, and drives cross-functional initiatives to completion. It requires strong US GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge, project management, process design, data analysis, and ERP or revenue recognition systems experience.

Owns enterprise sales for national and jumbo employers, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from initial engagement through contracting and early expansion. Builds executive relationships with HR, clinical, finance, and benefits consulting stakeholders; leads RFPs, pricing, negotiations, program design, forecasting, and quota attainment. Partners with Customer Success on enterprise launches and identifies expansion opportunities across geographies, populations, and product lines.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, market research, and performance measurement. Build reusable launch playbooks, define success metrics, drive member growth and retention, and influence Product, Brand, leadership, and external partners without formal authority. The role requires independent ownership, comfort with ambiguity, strong cross-functional communication, and effective use of AI tools.
