Lead global business development and commercial strategy for the Pharma CMO division, driving partnerships, marketing, contract negotiations, forecasts, and new-business wins. Collaborate cross-functionally to assess technical and regulatory feasibility, build financial models, track KPIs, mentor BD team, and represent the company at industry events to achieve sales targets and accelerate growth.
