Lead and manage complex tax engagements for high net worth individuals, trusts, and closely held businesses. Oversee planning, compliance, and consulting services, review returns, mentor staff, manage budgets and client relationships, and provide advanced estate, gift, and trust tax advice including stock option and international tax planning.

Serve as a strategic, client-facing tax leader driving tax planning, compliance, and practice growth. Lead complex engagements, develop staff, build client relationships, manage engagement economics, and support firm strategy and business development.

Partner with CFOs, controllers, and owners to assess and improve finance functions. Lead engagements on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, process improvement, and finance transformations. Provide interim finance leadership, develop dashboards and analytics, manage client relationships and deliverables, mentor team members, and support growth-related initiatives such as system implementations, acquisitions, and financing events.
