Leads tax planning, consulting, compliance, and complex client engagements across multiple entity types. Builds executive-level client relationships, drives business development and practice growth, mentors tax professionals, monitors engagement profitability, and advises clients on federal, state, and local tax developments. Participates in firm leadership, recruiting, succession planning, and strategic initiatives while delivering high-quality client service.

Manage complex corporate tax engagements from planning through completion, including consolidated and multistate returns, compliance, tax planning, and consulting. Advise privately held and middle-market clients on tax issues, M&A, reorganizations, investments, and liquidations. Review team work, oversee deadlines and budgets, maintain client relationships, interpret tax regulations, and supervise, train, and develop staff.

Leads complex partnership and passthrough tax engagements, including Form 1065 and K-1 reviews, federal and multistate compliance, tax planning, transaction advisory, and Subchapter K matters. Advises clients on formations, allocations, basis, restructurings, acquisitions, and partnership transactions. Oversees engagement budgets, staffing, deadlines, billing, and delivery while mentoring tax professionals, managing client relationships, supporting business development, and expanding the firm's partnership tax practice.
