Set up, operate, and maintain machines to cut and process frame materials to specification. Perform tooling changeovers, saw blade changes, quality inspections using calipers and tape measures, enter production orders, lubricate equipment, maintain documentation, follow safety procedures, and train or assist other personnel.

Monitor and analyze inventory levels, develop forecasting models, perform counts and reconciliations, identify slow/obsolete stock, collaborate with procurement/production/sales, generate inventory reports, support continuous improvement and maintain inventory policies using ERP/MRP systems.

Operate and maintain extrusion production lines, monitor output and quality, manage equipment (vacuum, stuffer, vents, cooling tanks), complete administrative forms and schedules, report issues to supervisors, assist team members, and work assigned shifts including 12-hour schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
