Lead Moen’s single-family builder business across North Carolina and parts of South Carolina. Build relationships with national, regional, and local builders; convert new opportunities; develop regional growth strategies; influence product specifications and selection; support design center programs; mentor territory managers; collaborate with account teams and wholesalers; analyze market trends; and represent the brand at customer and industry events.

Manages and grows Moen’s wholesale business across Charlotte and Western North Carolina. Builds relationships with wholesalers, contractors, builders, developers, hospitality accounts, and showrooms; expands market share; executes strategic account and builder initiatives; resolves product, warranty, supply, and job-site issues; and drives adoption of growth programs.

Leads manufacturing process optimization, continuous improvement, safety, equipment automation, and capital projects across a plant. Designs and installs process equipment, develops standard work and SOPs, improves OEE and production metrics, facilitates root cause analysis, ensures regulatory compliance, and mentors cross-functional teams. The role requires industrial or manufacturing engineering experience, Lean and Six Sigma expertise, strong project leadership, and the ability to work extensively on the plant floor.
