The HR Generalist partners with manufacturing leaders and employees on employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruiting, retention, onboarding, training, compensation, and workforce analytics. Diagnose and repair complex industrial automation and control system failures involving PLCs, HMIs, servos, VFDs, motion controls, robotics, and electrical systems. Modify PLC and HMI programs, maintain industrial networks, support installations and upgrades, analyze downtime, implement corrective actions, train personnel, and contribute to continuous improvement. Requires off-shift support, emergency response, physical work, and 3–5 years supporting automated manufacturing equipment.
