Fortive Benefits Overview

Owns enterprise workforce intelligence and employee listening strategy. Analyzes employee sentiment, workforce trends, talent, skills, organizational effectiveness, and work data to identify risks and opportunities. Develops dashboards, analytical methodologies, AI-enabled insight products, and self-service resources. Partners with HR leaders and data owners to translate complex quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for workforce planning, succession, organization design, automation, and capability decisions.

Leads enterprise talent processes across assigned operating companies, including talent reviews, succession planning, capability reviews, data governance, and mobility initiatives. Advises HR leaders on talent risks and practical solutions, facilitates executive discussions, translates analytics into recommendations, and drives process adoption and continuous improvement. Partners with Talent Acquisition and Talent Enablement to address workforce and capability needs in a global, matrixed environment.

Translates customer requirements into capital planning software solutions and leads implementations from discovery through configuration, data migration, training, and ongoing engagement. Manages project plans, milestones, risks, budgets, communications, and billable utilization while supporting presales activities and identifying expansion opportunities. Builds customer relationships, facilitates workshops, analyzes and migrates data, documents processes, and helps clients improve capital planning workflows and achieve post-engagement success. The role is remote in the US but requires 25–40% travel and proximity to a major international airport.
