Design and develop powertrain systems and components for motorsports and high-performance vehicles. Create 3D parametric models and 2D manufacturing drawings in CATIA V5, manage CAD data in Teamcenter, construct powertrain BOMs, and collaborate with suppliers, race teams, and sanctioning bodies.

Develop and integrate vehicle dynamics simulation and DiL models, run simulator sessions, analyze track and test data, collaborate with race teams to optimize race car setups, and improve simulation and simulator tools to maximize on-track performance.

Lead end-to-end Wheel Force Transducer (WFT) and tire testing across 12–14 racetracks per year. Calibrate equipment, run trackside DAQ and networks, identify and resolve sensor/data issues in real time, post-process large datasets, develop/maintain software and tire databases, correlate simulations with track data, support DiL sessions, and collaborate with tire modeling, aero, and partner teams.
