Lead Ford Racing’s NASCAR stock car program, owning strategy, budgets, cycle planning, technical leadership, partner and supplier relationships, NASCAR compliance, problem resolution, innovation, and team development. The role manages cross-functional employees and partner organizations in a fast-paced racing environment, representing the program to leadership and driving performance toward race wins and championships.

Lead Ford Racing's Performance Engineering team overseeing vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, simulation, trackside engineering, and data analysis. Drive race-to-road technology transfer, manage budgets and resources, coordinate cross-functional vehicle systems (powertrain, eDrive, chassis), direct CFD and wind-tunnel development, and lead DiL, lap time simulation, and telemetry-driven performance strategies to maximize competitiveness.

Lead Ford Energy’s sales expansion into grid-scale and commercial energy storage markets. Own revenue growth, pipeline forecasting, go-to-market execution, strategic utility and IPP accounts, complex MSA and LTSA negotiations, and customer relationships through commissioning. Provide technical consultation on BESS, EMS, power conversion, thermal management, and battery degradation. Monitor energy regulations, develop domestic-content strategies, and influence product roadmaps through customer and market insights.
