Lead QA execution for a health tech platform across web, mobile, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and AI/ML products. Develop automated test suites, coordinate manual and automated testing, validate data quality, support CI/CD integration, track defects and coverage, conduct regression and performance testing, mentor QA staff, and ensure HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Manage and scale AWS infrastructure in Linux environments, automate infrastructure with AWS CDK and CloudFormation, and build reliable CI/CD pipelines. Develop backend systems using TypeScript, Java, Python, Node.js, and SQL databases. Implement monitoring and observability, apply SRE practices, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, manage secure file transfer workflows, and collaborate with engineering, product, support, and external partners.

Provide legal guidance on commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with health plans, health systems, vendors, and partners. Advise on deal structure, contractual risk, compliance, disputes, and corporate transactions. Build contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and technology workflows while partnering with sales, finance, security, marketing, and operations. Train stakeholders and support additional legal areas as needed.
