Provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email; become an expert on FlockOS; troubleshoot software issues; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and internal teams to resolve escalations; contribute to the Help Center; recommend product improvements. Work remotely with potential weekend scheduling and must obtain CJIS certification.

Develop and harden Android-based connectivity for edge devices, focusing on LTE/5G stability, power optimization, and fleet observability. Debug system-level issues across kernel, drivers, and user-space, collaborate with hardware and product teams, and deliver telemetry-driven improvements to connectivity, recovery, and field performance.

Own the end-to-end cloud video product roadmap (onboarding, live viewing, playback, search, management). Define cloud video platform strategy and third-party integrations, prioritize based on customer discovery, and partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, reliable video products and launches.
