Supports go-to-market finance by analyzing growth ROI, managing Deal Desk pricing and deal structures, and building customer and growth economics. Partners with department leaders on budgeting, headcount planning, spend tracking, and resource decisions. Assists with forecasting, variance analysis, operating-model schedules, and leadership reporting. Automates recurring finance workflows using AI, queries, dashboards, and templates while validating output for accuracy.

Own and scale Flex's end-to-end card programs (ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN/network relationships). Lead processor and network strategy, vendor and commercial negotiations, build operational infrastructure to run multiple card products across credit, stablecoin, and rewards, and recruit and grow the card programs team.

The Head of Growth Marketing manages the Demand Generation team, owns customer acquisition across various digital channels, and drives product-led growth. They collaborate with product teams to enhance activation and monetization while optimizing customer acquisition costs and revenue strategies.
