Leads complex commercial credit structuring, underwriting, portfolio risk oversight, and credit agreement negotiation for technology, media, and communications clients. Advises senior leaders and clients, monitors macroeconomic and industry risks, manages portfolio strategy, mentors junior credit professionals, and improves credit policies and processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
