Own project calendars, capacity planning, timelines, approvals, versioning, and quality assurance. Review assets for brand, editorial, technical, and legal compliance, resolve feedback, improve workflows, and document processes. Use and evaluate AI tools such as Claude while ensuring accuracy, responsible use, and brand alignment.

Leads global benefits and well-being program implementation, administration, compliance, vendor management, budgeting, and employee communications. Manages the Global Benefits team, partners with regional HR, Finance, Legal, brokers, and consultants, analyzes market and benefits data, supports annual country reviews, and develops scalable governance and operational processes.
