Leads club membership sales, revenue growth, and Fitness Consultant performance. Recruits, trains, coaches, and holds the sales team accountable while maintaining personal sales activity. Builds relationships with prospects and members, supports promotions and community outreach, manages lead follow-up and reporting, and ensures compliance with company standards. Provides Manager-on-Duty coverage, including opening and closing responsibilities, while working a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Leads membership sales at a fitness club by setting goals, coaching and developing Fitness Consultants, driving personal and team sales activity, managing leads and follow-up, and building strong prospect and member relationships. The role also supports club operations, compliance, reporting, events, community outreach, and Manager-on-Duty responsibilities. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and local travel, is required.

Sell memberships, personal training, and club services while guiding prospective members through selection and club tours. Generate leads through referrals, networking, outreach, and community engagement; prospect and follow up consistently. Build welcoming member experiences, address questions, maintain accurate records, and support front-desk, opening, closing, cleanliness, merchandising, and safety procedures. The role requires flexible availability, strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills, organization, and the ability to use CRM and club management tools.
