Analyzes contact center activity, forecasts staffing needs, creates schedules, monitors adherence and service metrics, and prepares operational reports. The role performs historical, interval, and what-if analyses; provides real-time staffing guidance; identifies efficiency improvements; tracks system issues; and recommends workforce strategies to improve productivity, service levels, and cost effectiveness across multiple sites and departments.

Provides independent second-line oversight and credible challenge for operational risk across banking businesses. Reviews risk assessments, controls, indicators, incidents, losses, remediation, change risk, and third-party risk. Advises first-line teams, facilitates risk workshops, supports regulatory exams and executive reporting, and coordinates enterprise risk responses. The role also advances automation and AI-enabled monitoring while influencing stakeholders, managing initiatives, and strengthening risk culture.

Leads equity portfolio management and investment strategy across global capital markets, including asset allocation, quantitative portfolio construction, risk modeling, optimization, and liquid alternatives. Analyzes client portfolios, implements investment decisions, conducts regulatory reviews, prepares market commentary, advises relationship teams and clients, presents to boards and high-net-worth stakeholders, and supervises equity portfolio management staff.
