Oversee multiple medium- to large-scale projects from planning through delivery. Create project plans, schedules, budgets, risk and contingency plans, status reports, and other documentation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, milestones, and deliverables; facilitate meetings; monitor costs and risks; resolve issues; and communicate project status to management, clients, and stakeholders. Projects may involve mortgage servicing transfers and technology initiatives.

Processes and maintains variable- and fixed-rate HELOC accounts, including draw reviews, segment setup, billing validation, interest calculations, loan maintenance, exception reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Supports customer escalations, regulatory compliance, documentation, workflow monitoring, and process improvement while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely mortgage servicing.

Build and maintain relationships with assigned mortgage and real estate clients, provide complex customer service, deliver training and product demonstrations, troubleshoot Zendesk and Valon issues, coordinate escalations and cross-functional meetings, develop client materials, report on account activities, and recommend process, product, and software improvements.
