Manage staff writers and freelancers, set quality standards and workflows, integrate AI tools responsibly, optimize for SEO/AEO/GEO, track content performance linked to pipeline, and collaborate with Product, Demand Gen, and Sales to drive measurable business outcomes.

Design and implement durable, fault-tolerant AI orchestration and backend systems using Temporal and agentic ReAct patterns. Deliver features end-to-end with testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability; mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate legal workflows into reliable AI-powered features.

Lead end-to-end delivery of LOIS by owning the master program plan, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, ML, data, SRE, operations), resolving blockers and dependencies, establishing lightweight delivery infrastructure and tooling, partnering on release planning, and maintaining transparent status, risks, and accountability to deliver complex features to customers.
