Supports end-to-end commercial transaction execution, including documentation, deal tracking, settlement, accounting coordination, regulatory workflows, fee and wire reconciliation, reporting, and CRM maintenance. Coordinates internal deal teams, syndicate banks, accounting, and operations stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely approvals and execution. Resolves process bottlenecks and compliance issues while managing high-volume transactions and communications.

Leads valuation, monitoring, and strategic management of complex closely held and private investments within fiduciary structures. Reviews financial statements, assesses risk, evaluates corporate actions and transactions, communicates recommendations to clients and advisors, ensures regulatory and fiduciary compliance, and mentors team members.

Underwrite and monitor leveraged finance credit portfolios, prepare credit approval memos and review materials, track covenants, analyze financial statements, run projection and risk-rating models, identify emerging risks, maintain accurate credit data, and support portfolio reviews. The role also involves reporting, resolving documentation or analysis deficiencies, escalating concerns, and occasionally training new employees or assisting with special projects.
