The role targets MedTech, aerospace, robotics, energy, mobility, and other industrial customers, requiring frequent travel and technical manufacturing knowledge.

The Strategic Program Manager leads complex customer programs from product development and introduction through mass production. Responsibilities include coordinating Sales, Engineering, Fulfillment, and customers; managing milestones, risks, changes, timelines, quality, and budgets; facilitating status meetings; serving as a technical subject matter expert; and driving process improvements. The role requires manufacturing and engineering expertise, customer-facing program leadership, and experience with processes such as CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, sheet metal, die casting, or assembly.
