Plans and executes merchandising supply chain activities through demand, supply, production planning, S&OP, replenishment, inventory reconciliation, vendor coordination, and ERP maintenance. Leads merchandising initiatives including product launches, planogram resets, BOM changes, costing, and product life-cycle updates. Analyzes KPIs, coordinates vendor meetings and site visits, supports forecasting and production planning, and ensures accurate SKU, pricing, and inventory data.

Manage manual valve opportunities for capital projects from inquiry through order fulfillment. Build relationships with end users, EPCs, contractors, and manufacturers; prepare quotations; review specs; coordinate bids; track pipeline and forecasting; support MRO valve needs; and coordinate with operations and procurement to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Develop and enhance Ferguson’s custom Trilogie ERP system across multiple functional areas. Responsibilities include designing business-process solutions, owning software projects through implementation, integrating APIs and web services, collaborating with analysts, product owners, QA teams, administrators, and vendors, writing unit tests, reviewing code, and optimizing performance in high-transaction environments. The role also supports Trilogie’s migration from Unix to Linux and requires extensive UniBasic or Pick-based development experience.
