Provide administrative support to Managing Director(s) and department: manage files and correspondence, schedule meetings and travel, prepare presentations and reports, handle vendor invoices and inquiries, maintain personnel records, order supplies, and assist on routine and special projects.

Supervise dock operations to ensure on-time, damage-free shipment movement. Lead, train, schedule, monitor safety and compliance, handle customer rate/claim inquiries, analyze performance, and improve efficiency.

Supervise dock operations to ensure timely, damage-free shipments. Lead, train, schedule and coach employees; monitor safety, DOT/OSHA compliance, freight classification, OS&D processing, performance data, customer communications, and cost/efficiency improvements. Perform administrative tasks and assist with quotes, claims, and appointments.
