Facilitates virtual and in-person training, certifications, onboarding, and compliance education. Partners with instructional designers to develop and maintain course materials, schedules classes, manages logistics, and supports operations education initiatives. Requires flexibility, travel, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in operational environments.

Supervise freight terminal employees and daily dock operations to ensure shipments are delivered on time and damage free. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, employee development, safety compliance, freight monitoring, customer assistance, cost control, service reporting, classification verification, OS&D processing, and coordination with business partners. The role requires knowledge of LTL operations, DOT, OSHA, hazardous materials, NMFC, and tariff rules.

Leads freight terminal employees and coordinates dock, dispatch, trailer, and shipment activity to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries and pickups. Plans staffing, monitors loading and safety, manages freight documentation and billing, supports customers with quotes and claims, analyzes performance and costs, processes exceptions, maintains facility security, and enforces regulatory and company policies.
