Build and scale a high-performing IT operations team, drive automation and observability, manage incident and change processes, partner cross-functionally on security and architecture, and lead large-scale infrastructure transformation to ensure resilient, scalable services.

Drive federal territory revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing Federal accounts and partnering with resellers. Deliver tailored demos, engage senior Federal executives, build account plans, forecast accurately, and provide field intelligence to inform product and sales strategy. Collaborate with engineers, resellers, and cross-functional teams to expand business and meet/exceed quotas.
