Manages clinical research projects from study start-up through completion, overseeing scope, budgets, timelines, protocols, study documents, vendors, regulatory compliance, and client communications. Leads multidisciplinary teams, coordinates sites and sponsors, reviews clinical data and monitoring reports, supports FDA inspections, and ensures deliverables meet protocols, SOPs, contracts, and quality expectations. Provides therapeutic training and contributes to organizational initiatives.

Manages clinical research projects from study start-up through closeout, overseeing scope, budgets, timelines, vendors, documentation, regulatory compliance, data review, and client communications. Leads multidisciplinary teams, supports protocols and clinical study reports, coordinates investigational materials and site activities, ensures adherence to contracts, SOPs, and regulations, and participates in inspections, training, meetings, and conferences.

Leads clinical research project teams and oversees budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks, quality, change control, client relationships, and regulatory compliance. Serves as an escalation point for sponsors and cross-functional teams, reviews project KPIs, approves project plans and reports, supports staffing and process governance, and may directly manage clinical projects. Provides guidance and training to project managers while ensuring milestones are achieved.
