Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, reporting, and performance analysis for Essity’s Health and Medical business unit. Prepares monthly sales volume and expense reports, monitors performance deviations, interprets historical and projected results, and provides ad hoc analysis. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, and Corporate Finance teams while contributing to reporting guidelines, budgets, and forecasts.

Manages customer and GPO contracts across the full lifecycle, including strategic negotiations, bid responses, contract analysis, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and implementation. The role partners with sales, legal, marketing, pricing, distribution, and business teams to ensure timely contract updates, SAP implementation, compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Candidates need contract negotiation, sourcing or category management experience, advanced Excel skills, cost analysis capabilities, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Designs and implements scalable AI, generative AI, agentic, automation, and advanced analytics solutions for Health & Medical commercial operations. Translates business challenges into technical solutions, leads architecture and deployment, validates outputs, and establishes governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI controls. Partners with stakeholders and the global AI Center of Excellence to drive adoption, reusable capabilities, measurable business value, and continuous improvement.
