Advises state and local government customers on complex GIS challenges, designs and demonstrates Esri solutions, supports account-team sales efforts, leads technical meetings, and presents to executive and technical audiences. The role requires expertise in ArcGIS, spatial analysis, web applications, enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms, integrations, geodatabases, and solution consulting. It also involves troubleshooting deployments, coaching colleagues, and traveling domestically or internationally 25–50%.

Provides technical sales leadership for Esri GIS solutions, advising enterprise customers, demonstrating ArcGIS capabilities, designing integrations and architectures, troubleshooting deployments, and aligning solutions with business needs. Builds customer relationships, leads technical meetings, supports revenue generation, develops presentations, and coaches team members. Requires extensive Esri experience, commercial industry knowledge, cloud and systems integration expertise, programming skills, and 25–50% travel.

Develop and support ArcGIS Solutions for defense agencies by discovering customer needs, configuring GIS applications and information models, designing workflows, and collaborating with product and customer teams. The role also creates documentation, test cases, and presentations; executes manual and automated testing; evaluates product quality and release readiness; maintains solutions; and evangelizes geospatial products to internal and external audiences.
