The Peer Mentor works with a care team to support individuals recovering from eating disorders through skill building and support groups, leveraging personal recovery experience.

Process and audit semi-monthly payroll for multi-state, multi-entity operations; maintain tax compliance and filings; manage payroll data updates, reporting, reconciliations, employee inquiries, and cross-functional payroll support.

Lead and manage the product support team, oversee daily operations, capacity and scheduling, define SOPs and knowledge base, track KPIs, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to report and prioritize bugs and inform the product roadmap.
