Administers commercial contracts, amendments, transaction confirmations, and related records. Coordinates routing, approvals, execution, and issue resolution with Commercial, Legal, Credit, Risk, Accounting, and external counterparties. Maintains contract data in Salesforce, ETRM, and contract management systems; supports compliance, audits, reporting, process improvements, system enhancements, and stakeholder training.

Executes high-volume KYC and third-party diligence operations for LNG and LPG counterparties. Responsibilities include tracking documentation, sanctions screening, CDD and EDD support, rescreening, case intake, reporting, Salesforce data maintenance, and escalation of elevated-risk findings. The role will also expand into compliance control testing, remediation tracking, and coordination with independent testers. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to manage recurring compliance processes.

Administers water transportation cost management and ticketing quality control. Reviews receipt tickets, supports invoicing, resolves billing disputes, prepares utilization and regulatory reports, maintains customer terms, onboards customers and haulers, and manages water-sharing agreements. Partners with accounting, vendors, and water operations staff to improve processes and technology. The role requires strong organization, communication, data analysis, and time-management skills.
