Advise clients on defensible, AI-enabled eDiscovery review workflows. Build and manage ML/GenAI models (EpiqAI, Relativity aiR/Active Learning), craft prompts, validate statistical measures, draft protocols, transfer knowledge to review teams, mentor colleagues, and support business development and thought leadership.

Leads client relationships and multiple eDiscovery projects from planning through final production. Responsibilities include coordinating deliverables, managing schedules, forecasts, budgets, quality, client communications, workflow improvements, and team development. Provides consultative guidance on advanced analytics and technology-assisted review while overseeing project requirements, financial reporting, staffing, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Manages multiple eDiscovery client projects and serves as the primary liaison for service delivery. Coordinates project schedules, forecasts, requirements, quality verification, communications, issue resolution, status tracking, and final production. Builds strong client relationships, leads internal collaboration, manages expectations, and reviews financial and billing information to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met.
