Lead India operations and projects: manage budgets, contracts, field logistics and teams, cultivate stakeholder partnerships, ensure data quality, generate insights and reports, train field teams, and support regional Operations and Data & Insights on special projects. Travel ~10–20%.

One-year, full-time fellowship supporting design, delivery, and evaluation of interventions for smallholder farmers. Duties include research and analysis, pilot design, field implementation, M&E, and cross-team collaboration with heavy mentorship and rotating in-country placements.

The Backend Software Engineer will develop and maintain backend systems for data processing related to coffee farming, utilizing Python and PostgreSQL. Responsibilities include feature development, problem-solving, and adapting systems to regulatory changes while ensuring system resilience.
