Supports HVAC and mechanical system design for hospital and college campuses under senior staff direction. Produces Revit and AutoCAD drawings, layouts, schedules, calculations, equipment takeoffs, and construction documentation. Assists with field surveys, 3D laser scanning, interdisciplinary coordination, redline incorporation, and code compliance. The role develops foundational skills in building mechanical systems, drafting standards, energy-efficient controls, and project delivery.

The Project Scheduler develops, maintains, analyzes, and reports integrated project schedules using Primavera P6. Responsibilities include schedule setup, critical-path and risk analysis, forecasting, cost and schedule integration, change and delay analysis, progress reporting, and mitigation planning. The role supports EPC projects across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energy performance activities, provides scheduling guidance to project teams, and travels to project sites and client locations up to 25% of the time.

Leads scheduling for complex EPC and energy infrastructure projects, from bid and milestone planning through detailed execution. Owns Primavera P6 schedule development, updates, integrity, critical path analysis, forecasting, risk, change, delay, claims, recovery, and performance reporting. Integrates engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, cost, resources, and financial data. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, governance, training, and executive-level schedule recommendations while supporting project controls and operational finance.
