Lead U.S. market research and customer insights initiatives across quantitative surveys and qualitative studies. Manage the full research lifecycle, including methodology, questionnaire development, vendor management, data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentations. Synthesize primary and secondary research into actionable recommendations, support customer satisfaction programs, advise stakeholders, and improve research tools and processes. Supports and enhances Oracle CC&B applications through Java development, integrations, testing, debugging, maintenance, and production support. Performs SQL and Oracle database development, data integration, quality assurance, documentation, and transition-to-sustainment activities while serving as a technical subject matter expert.

Supports gas supply procurement teams through gas accounting, data analysis, transaction reconciliation, imbalance calculations, cashout settlements, payables monitoring, financial reporting, gas scheduling, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with accounting, risk, accounts payable, vendors, and gas supply teams; resolves complex issues; maintains SOX controls and audit documentation; and provides backup scheduling for daily LDC nominations.

Lead end-to-end execution of highly complex oil and gas pipeline and facilities capital projects, managing scope, schedule, costs, risks, safety, environmental compliance, quality, and performance. Oversee projects exceeding $100 million annually and lasting more than two years, including FERC, state, and federal permitting processes. Monitor KPIs, address adverse trends, coordinate employees and contractors, and deliver predictable outcomes across domestic and international project locations.

Leads strategic marketing initiatives and communications for U.S. gas utility programs, primarily in North Carolina. Develops and executes B2C and B2B campaigns, manages budgets, procurement, contracts, analytics, compliance, brand consistency, and creative agency relationships. Partners with stakeholders, oversees omnichannel marketing outputs, evaluates campaign performance, and identifies innovative tools and channels. Requires autonomous project leadership, regulatory awareness, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, regulated environment.

Lead development and continuous improvement of pipeline integrity and Geohazard Management programs across Canada and the U.S., ensure regulatory compliance, standardize practices, implement risk-informed solutions, drive continuous improvement, and manage a team of integrity professionals to enhance asset safety and reliability.
