Oversee daily branch operations including inventory, loss prevention, risk management, customer service, order management and training. Drive operational efficiencies, manage P&L, support sales/marketing, develop process improvements, ensure safety compliance, and report to branch and corporate leadership.

Call on existing and prospective customers, builders, designers and contractors across an assigned territory to drive sales, grow accounts, promote products, set up displays, report on market activity, attend industry events, and provide prompt order and service support to meet and exceed sales goals.
