The Outside Sales Representative develops new and existing customer accounts, drives sales throughout an assigned territory, promotes products, maintains displays, processes orders, monitors competitors, and attends industry events. The role requires relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, market analysis, independent work, and achievement of sales goals. Candidates should have outside-sales experience, preferably in flooring or building materials, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 110 pounds.

Call on existing and prospective customers, builders, designers and contractors across an assigned territory to drive sales, grow accounts, promote products, set up displays, report on market activity, attend industry events, and provide prompt order and service support to meet and exceed sales goals.
