Partner with engineering, design, and data science to build assistants, recommendations, automation, and conversational experiences while ensuring responsible AI, measuring product impact, and supporting go-to-market and adoption.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, from outbound prospecting through closing. Build pipeline, conduct discovery calls, deliver consultative product demonstrations, manage opportunities, exceed revenue targets, and use CRM and sales engagement tools to improve efficiency. The role requires strong communication, resilience, accountability, and comfort engaging business decision-makers in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment.

Own strategic relationships for high-value SaaS accounts, serving as executive advisor and commercial point of contact. Build success and account plans, drive adoption and measurable ROI, manage risks, lead renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional contract execution. Track customer health, KPIs, forecasts, and retention metrics while mentoring teammates and improving customer success processes.
