Manage regional custom-engineered projects from kickoff through startup, overseeing engineering teams, BOM and network design releases, documentation, forecasting, customer issues, schedules, and project execution. Partner with sales and aftermarket teams to develop scopes and identify opportunities. Provide installation and startup support while balancing technical, contractual, warranty, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives. Travel up to 30% is required.

Lead retrofit and modernization engineering for hydroelectric plants, designing turbine governor and plant control systems. Develop PLC/HMI/DCS logic, schematics, and test procedures; support FAT and on-site commissioning; act as technical SME and customer contact.

Develop clear DCS technical proposals for control system modernization and subsystem integration. Collaborate with regional/project engineering and cross-functional teams, attend customer meetings to define scope, and review orders for accurate proposal-to-order transition.
