Supports underwriting, pricing, risk selection, and account retention while guiding policyholders toward improvements. Oversees and mentors risk control staff, conducts quality reviews, builds client and agency relationships, and collaborates with underwriting, claims, and sales. Travel is approximately 50%, including local and overnight trips.
