Support, implement, validate, deploy, and maintain Waters Empower LIMS for chromatographic testing (GC, HPLC, CE) in GMP manufacturing quality labs. Develop validation deliverables, training, and deployment support; investigate incidents, respond to audits/inspections, and collaborate with global teams. Frequent domestic and international travel required.

Lead day-to-day 3PL operations for Salisbury warehouse and partner DHL, serve as logistics lead for Concord and RTP sites, manage KPI performance and cost, ensure cGMP compliance and QA coordination, drive continuous improvement, and oversee 3PL staffing, systems, and equipment availability.

Support incoming materials QA: inspect and sample raw materials/GMP supplies, perform ID testing, quarantine nonconforming items, release materials using SAP and lab systems, evaluate temperature excursions, initiate supplier complaints, manage deviations, author/revise SOPs, and support regulatory inspections and supplier change notifications.
