Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success. Lead project planning, discovery, stakeholder alignment, solution direction, risk management, launch readiness, and outcome validation. Coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders, manage multiple implementations, control scope, and ensure configured workflows support customer goals. The role requires confident customer communication, strong project discipline, and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation implementations.

Own and evolve Element451’s brand design system across web, digital marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, events, and video. Create clear visuals for complex AI and product concepts, develop scalable templates and motion systems, collaborate with internal teams and web agencies, and manage external creative partners. The role requires hands-on brand, marketing, motion, and short-form video design while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across channels.

Own strategic higher education accounts, driving renewals, retention, adoption, upsells, and customer success. Manage client relationships, contracts, implementations, projects, platform configuration, process optimization, and managed-services playbooks. Lead discovery, stakeholder communications, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, support, and customer success teams.
