Build workflows, business rules, user experiences, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and OAuth. Configure and productionize Now Assist and Moveworks capabilities, maintain code quality through reviews and testing, support platform upgrades, and document solutions.

Own renewal base analytics, multi-year forecasting, renewal targets, quota inputs, and bookings classification policy within GTM FP&A. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Salesforce engineering to resolve data issues, operationalize business rules, connect recurring-revenue metrics to enterprise financial plans, and support annual planning, reforecasting, scenario analysis, and board reporting.

Designs and implements analytics and query capabilities in Elasticsearch, develops data-intensive features, resolves complex bugs, optimizes data structures and algorithms, and contributes modern Java code. Collaborates autonomously with globally distributed engineering, UI, solutions, and open-source communities. Provides technical expertise, guides projects from design through delivery, and uses AI to accelerate development, debugging, and code optimization.
