The Senior Business Systems Analyst will gather and document CPQ requirements, analyze workflows, translate business needs into technical specifications, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and IT teams. Responsibilities include leading validation sessions, coordinating cross-functional input, documenting defects, supporting solution testing, conducting user acceptance testing, and improving CPQ processes. The role requires strong Salesforce CPQ expertise, business systems analysis experience, process documentation skills, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Own channel strategy and partner-sourced pipeline for Elastic’s East Enterprise region. Responsibilities include onboarding and enabling partners, developing joint business plans, managing quotes and deal registrations, maintaining CRM pipeline accuracy, enforcing partner attach standards, forecasting, and reporting channel performance. The role partners closely with sales, solutions architecture, marketing, operations, legal, resellers, distributors, MSPs, and hyperscalers to accelerate bookings and expansion.
